Low-Price Show Enliven a Section of Cleveland Raising Hopes for Awakening Other Downtowns

CLEVELAND - Fleeing the downtown area at 5 p.m. has long abeen a way of life here.  "You could walk down the middle of Euclid Avenue on Tuesday night and not get hit by a car," says one local retailer.  But lately, crowds have been flocking here nearly every night of the week, to a faded corner of downtown called Playhouse Square.
